<< Interesting !! I never thought about that aspect, though !!

Are left and right handed versions members of a single mems population ?
    Different memes ?

    Rambling around here,

IMHO I think different memes ! But the result will be the same.
The difference lies in the different neural pathways we use to obtain any
    result.
Idit Blackmore, the act is replicated, not the instructions the brain held
    for
    making that act.
By the way, left and right handedness, has that not something to do with
the two hemispheres of our brain, I mean left-handedness is controlled by
the right part of the brain !?

Two variations produce the same social response...!?
I have doubts about that, though !!
Meaning...most people are right- handed, left- handedness was seen as a
bad omen. In that case the left- handed individual was not permitted to
    have a " social response " at all !
So, handedness is in some sense influenced by what is cultural excepted...

For that matter, I am left- handed, but...in primary school it was shown,
quit violently to me, that left- handed writing was inappropriate.
So, against my genetic/ memetic pathways I was learned to write with my
right hand. IMHO, " knots are tied with the same ' handedness ' as their
constructor 's handedness " is not quit right, due to the fact of the above
    mentioned notion.
And what about people who can knot with both their hands...a same meme
would give difficulties I suppose...one single idea for two different
    actions,
two outcomes which are the same...how would the brain know which hand
to use, left or right !? What would be the reason for the brain using then
    the
left- handedness and then right- handedness in order to knot...
    Yes indeed, quit a puzzle...!!

    Regards,

    Kenneth
