I said that Memetic evolution has apparent I repeat apparent Lamarchkian
qualities. You are right evolution in true sense is not Lamarckian. But
like the Lamarckian situation new memes can actually be thought up with
causal puropose unlike in Evolution. Whether they get selected is anotyher
question
