Loosely speaking, this is the same concept that is in general use,
what is meant almost every time anyone uses the word "information".
Sorry if I implied otherwise by talking about "an understanding of" it,
as if that wasn't common. What I meant was that, though the concept
is in common use, the differences between information and matter aren't
