    Hi Joe E. Dees --

    Perfect.

And, one can replace 'panpsychism' (what a woo-woo word _that_ is...!)
with just about anything else from the newage and occult and spiritual
realms, including but in no way limited to, astrology, homeopathy,
metaphysics, channeling, clairvoyance, astral travel, reincarnation, and
    alien abduction....

One can also replace 'consciousness' with 'gaining knowledge of the
    universe' in all instances....
