So what is the difference that determines whether the nature of an event
is augmented or reduced with subsequent repetitions of the event? Is that
the prior event reveals benefits (memetically) and so augments the nature
of the event in subsequent tries? I like this notion of a 'cultural
    harmonic' effect. Something to ponder.
