But not buying the house has its meaning in the memetic field, it opens up other perspectives than the memes of buying the house left behind on that same playing field ! What is not actual performed can create a possible niche where info, future info perhaps can reside by takin' its lawfull place. Not buying opens up neural pathways which were occupied by the buying memes, info is replaced, memorised and displaced. The reasons of why not buying will be there for a long time, your behavior will act accordingly. You will start a new search for a better, cheaper house. In the understanding of course that the former, the possible buyer states its intention to the world ( latter).

OTOH, would, even the buyer says nothing, his behavior/ gestures not betray his intent if he was walking the streets observing houses !? And would, in the case of the player not being there at all, the discussion not be opened WHY he is not there !? Somewhere, sometime, someone will ask a question, will have a peek, will say his meaning, will observe something and will perform ( whatever that will be) some act...
