This is a biased website, but the hisotry concerning the Jordanian
slaughter of Palestinians is correct.
Here is the relevant passage:
All of this is vintage Arafat as we recall his attempt to take over
Jordan in 1970, resulting in his being kicked out of Jordan after
King Hussein's Bedouin Army slaughtered between 10,000 and
20,000 Palestinians. Arafat escaped to Lebanon where he again
tried to take over the Lebanese government in a 12 year Civil War
that killed over 100,000 Lebanese civilians. Arafat, if nothing
else, is consistent and therefore predictable.
