I missed completely my aim in my last message !
It had to be of course, for an example tackle the child / bathwater issue.
The content of the phrase stayed the same,but its meaning changed over
time.
Its meaning changed from an obscure fairy-like story to the todays ques-
tion of the businessman who threw out his best working forces.
Memes are in that sense mood dependent because they fluctuate between
representations.That is, if we are angry there is another representation in
our mind then that we are upset, sad, depresses, etc...
Memes have to " mutate " rapidly in order to survive; in order to get their
message across.
It is still not very clear, I know, but I am still working on a better response.>>
