Is there a case to be made for a memebank where circulating memes (the
'Elvis lives' meme)
can be registered, their intensity (getting stronger) be tracked or
commented (checked lately)
upon, categories or classes be identified/assigned etc.? Or have I missed
the fact that it is
already in splendid existence? (point me there, then please).
