    Ah, the eternal question of classifying god in memetics terms. For many the
    belief in god is the meme, for some the concept of god is the meme, for
    others it is the instanciation of god through ritual and doctrine that are
    the memes. But of course, the Babel fish is a dead giveaway (sorry I've got
    Douglas Adams on the brain, having recently purchased the DVD of the BBC TV
    version of Hitchhikers).
