The Rorshach test basically proceeds according to the human propinquity to abstract patterns from presented data; this can flow over into them imposing those patterns instead, just like seeing shapes in clouds, and all that which is imposed is imposed from within, not communicated from without. However, intentionally meaning-laden messages (such as this one, or e=mc*2) are far from such situations. The successful communication of an idea requires more than merely interpretation of a message; it also requires a message to interpret.
