    I remember the glory days of consultant-happy re-organizations. Mission
    statements were flying around like flies after a BBQ.

    We all read 'em- we had to- we were making the damn things.

    But, after the meetings and the excursions, I'm not sure anyone could
    even tell you where they are, much less what they said.
