Kimura M. 1983. The Neutral Theory of Molecular Evolution. Cambridge
University Press. Cambridge
This comes from Futuyma's bibliography. I tried getting a hold of this book
before to no avail. Texts on molecular evolution will probably get into
Kimura and beyond. It's been a while since I've read up on this molecular
stuff so I'll not tread there. There's another guy who I was able to read
directly named Susumu Ohno who's book _Evolution by Gene Duplication_ is a
classic in the field.
