Has memetics passed the test? I wouldn't put it in the same class as
horoscopes and such, but it has gained many adherents. Is this because of
its approach to objective reality or because of the compelling allure of its
ideas, being related to "Darwinism" and "evolution". What is the power of
the meme meme? Has the cart led the horse?
Of the above, at least fortune cookies taste good (kinda).
