    Because I don't see behavior as very limiting, at all. It encompasses
    almost all of what we can do.

    But, yes, meaning is rather limitless in itself.

    I do want to limit the meme, though....

    So, well, I don't really see a road out of the above quandary. Although I
    hate to be stuck.

    Behaviors are expressions of meanings, after all, at least, some memetic
    behaviors are.

    So, maybe there are no limits to either proposal.
