I don't want to sound 'le français pretentieux', but I can -not easily I
admit - imagine a time before the laws existed, or a non-time before time.
Things become universal once nobody sane dares to deny them. A set of memes
which can enforce its detractors being called insane and not believd or
listened to, becomes so dominant that you can name it Universal.

I have my own set of laws :
    1. A can be where nothing was. (Emergence)
    2. A and non-A cannot be at the same time (Choice)
    3. There is always a relation between A and B (Relation)
    4. if A was, A can be again. (Memory)

If you have these four, you have made a world.

Bonne nuit, ou bonjour, ou bonsoir, selon l'heure !
