            I think I know what you mean. No probs.

            BTW sorry if this response is way out of date, I've been away at a
    conference over the weekend. Apologies also, if I ignore some of the later
    posts. I will read them, but won't bother to pursue points developed
    eslewhere. I just thought this one deserved a reply.
