    Tryon rings a bell. Haven't people been looking at subtle effects in rodent
    (mice and rat) experiments trying to explore supposed Lamarckian phenomena.
    The name McDougall comes to mind also. May as well bring some maiuetic toads
    in for good measure ;-)
