Ugghh! Now I know where this connection between Tryon and McDougall stemmed
from, my copy of Sheldrake's _The Presence of the Past_ mentions both. Not
to take the discussion into the wantonly ethereal realm, but this might be a
place where Sheldrakians would be tempted to chime in about morphic
resonance between lab rodents (shiver, shudder).
I'm definitely not in Sheldrake's camp, but thought that I'd bring his meme
up for general consumption.
