I tried to find the Bush/chimp site: as you say it is 404'ed. But the
government would not have the power or authority to shut the site down, so I
suspect strongly that there is another reason for the shut down. Vincent,
did you actually see the site yourself?

Closing it down was one of the first actions undertaken by the Bush admin.
For a few days it read; , "The web site you are attempting to access has
been removed from this network." Today it's just an old fashioned 404.
