Hi Lawrence, I did see it myself at the weekend, the address was
sent to my wife by a friend, but I forgot to check it last night to see if I
could access it.
I think there would be authority under copyright laws, as I guess
photos of Bush (and probably of the chimps too) were copyrighted. Fan sites
are sometimes closed this way in the UK.
The power to stop it relates to the isp. Pressure could have been
put on them to remove the site, but only if it was a US isp, which I guess
it must have been.
