    I think you're confusing "psychoanalyst" with "psychotherapist".
    The latter is a broad term covering many, many schools, while the former
    derives from Freud and his followers and adherents will have no truck
    with behavourism. Just as the vast majority of cognitive and experimental
    psychologists will have no truck with psychoanalytic theory.
