    There have been a few cases of hysteria in this kind of regard in the UK in
    recent years. One television newsreader and her husband found themselves
    being investigated by police after a high-street photo-developer reported
    them over perfectly innocuous photos of their children taking a bath.

    I don't remember any guidelines per se, but then I'm not a father so I may
    just have ignored them. I certainly wouldn't put it past British
    governments to introduce such guidelines.
