After Marc Dutroux was caught here in Belgium, the reported cases of
abuse really swinged...everybody was a suspect and everybody did re-
merber him or her something..;from a distant past...!!
In the same period, I think, in the UK there was a notion to give fathers
' guidelines ' in to which way it was appropiate to talk/play...etc with
their children,...so that everybody else would be aware that he was not
' abusing ' the poor kid. In another way, some kind of proove he was the
father, not sort kind of an abuser...Oh,boy !! >>
