Hello:
I'm a lurker, and not that "up" on memetics (which is why I'm here - trying to learn more from you guys' memes).
But - one thing that would be incredibly helpful, which most remailers have, is a to have the remailer name in the subject line of all the mails.
Would that be possible, Keith/Bruce? I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets circa 50-100 emails a day, and it is so helpgful to be able to sort by subject line.
While I'm here, I may as well ask if anyone has any pointers for links or info on "cut up and collage usage in meme dispersal/transmissiom".
One of my recent projects has been in this area, and I have found it quite powerful, as have many of the guinea pigs to which I have subjected it.
I should be transforming my first work into mpg/avi format soon, and will post the URL when it is done.
I am also working on "linkage between event and viral/meme transmission or viral/meme continuity". If anyone wants to discuss any of this offlist (or even onlist) you know where to find me.
(and no - I don't have any funding! :-)
Regards,
Nadine Buchholz
