    Have the complaints come from actions off list? Joe has not been posting any more than I have in the last ten days, 6 postings in 10 days, and there was a long period before that where nobody was posting to the list.

    I know the last place that banned him for 6 months did it because he was overwhelming the list. I have not looked at his URLs because they are generally off topic.

    As to what you should do . . . "The punishment should fit the crime" and without knowing what he has been doing that's kind of hard to suggest.
