Yeah I suppose if it is deeper than just legislation (and I can't really
testify, I'm just going off my experience of here) then fair enough but
do the vast majority of people subscribe, or just more than half of
them? Bear in mind we're up against the dutch and scandanavian yardstick
here. Certainly I'd like to say that Britain aspires to those things
too, but even where you can argue that we've made progress, the degree
of market penetration is far from total.
Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh anyway - I think Ireland is one of the
better places to live tbh (tbs..? Sorry.) - certainly more pleasant than
here.
