Ah, no, that is not my assertion.
Description is always possible. 'Math' is one way to do description.
But, we _actually_ throw the ball.
Or the dog _actually_ catches the Frisbee.
Just doing it.
Not describing it. Although such descriptions are handy for designing
machines that throw balls or catch Frisbees. And, yes, such machines
are also 'doing the math'.
