But nature, and the way our perceptions work, does not. It measures
constantly- by observing and relating patterns.
Anyway, the fact that dogs can catch Frisbees is clearly and easily a
way to show that creatures 'do the maths'.
'Maths' (or as we usanians say, Math) is another way of analyzing what
is being done, in an attempt to apply science, and not just perceptual
experience, to the universe.
