I considered the ads as an elegant usage of the subversion of the US 
Drug War ads for a different purpose.  Michel Certeau referred to the 
subversion of recognizeable icons for other purposes as 'poaching', and 
the ads appear to me to be a textbook exercise in guerilla memetics.
