    This dialogue is possible only if it is a true dialogue, rather than a monologue directed against the US. The rest of the world need to recognize that they, too, are part of the problem, and must themselves embrace the selfsame sacrifices they demand of the US so that we may proceed together towards our common future. We ALL must get environmentally healthier
