Hi Wade,
The fact is, if the media made indeed a cock- up of their reportings, the
French have now the choise between a corrupt bloke of the Right and
a racist extreme right one ! Nice choise !
OTOH, neither politicians, nor the media make the political agenda,
people, we the public are. Thus if the politicians don 't hear our cries,
and the media is no longer the watch- dog of politics, than both have
a problem. Or they hear our cry for help, but they don 't have any
answer ( the media is just concerned with the ratings) than they have
an even bigger problem, they will not have any future left !
Politicians surely are throwing us dust in our eyes, the media has to
rapport on this without any reason for its possible delay. If they don 't,
and rather stick to their traditional programming, they are even worse.
Than they gave the politicians the legitimate reason for doing nothing !
Wir haben das nicht gewùst !, my a....!
Regards,
Kenneth
