Ah, the much misunderstood 2nd Amendment, which means people can
carry guns in the absence of state militia, which I believe could constitute
the police/national guard etc. etc. So, IMHO, all those private gun owners
in the US are actually in breach of the 2nd Amendment, not exercising it.
