This is a problem with all refereed lists. Sometimes it just appears that a
message is overlooked... sometimes it is and sometimes it s lost.
In all fairness to the persons who monitor lists.... your statements are --
as an initial diatribe ... a little harsh. Let us hear form the monitor
before such harsh judgments are made!
