    I think there are mood genes cause most emotions work via some
    chemicals and so on so somewhere there most be the basis for
    this. But i think it's more about potential, everyone can get
    depressed once in life i think.

    Maybe there are other genes which could lead to it, you might get
    some inhabited genetic illness, and get depressed because you're
    suffering from the illness. So there first has to be a reason i think,
    depression and anxiety don't come from nowhere.
