    Thanks, Philip. That's pretty much what I suspected and I didn't feel bad
    about not being able to reach her. I suspect someone will let her know
    about my open letter and she will eventually see it, although I doubt she'll
    have time to reply. One man's opinion is not enough to require an answer.
    If the meme spreads, it might provide some incentive.
