None. The usage of the hammer by the carpenter and the vandal
are memes, but they aren't found in the hammer. You could find
these memes when you read the local newspaper reporting about
the vandal or when you learn how to build some table from your
father. The behavior meme is not in the hammer itself, is has to be
observed and transmitted via other media. Or you have to
EXPERIENCE it by using it.

The thing is that it is not "the meme" but "the memes".
And the memes include the use of the artefact, the artefact, the
concept of the artefact, the bevahiour of using it... There is not just
one meme but a couple of different memes which are related to the
hammer and it's usage.
As Grant already wrote one might need a classifaction of different
meme-groups to represent this.
