Richard, of course it is anti-American. The interesting question is how the
meme came into being, and why, and if our actions in Afghanistan and
elesewhere are not facilitating the dissemination of the meme.
(This of course goes to the question of "WHY Sept 11 that Americans and
others are so loath to consider.)
