Ever been to Florida? Low-riding mini-trucks and cars have been driven by
plenty of non-Latino's, whatever Latino means (Puerto Rican?, Cuban?,
Mexican?, Colombian?, Brazilian?...). These low-riders are found in rural
areas too. As a matter of fact, *I* used to own a Nissan pickup which I
dropped quite a bit and last I checked I'm mostly of Swedish descent, with
various other North European traces added and I'm not "urban". I rather
dislike big cities.
