    Something is stored internally. But, not that behaviorists fail when
    applying stimuli/response processes, but, cognitivists haven't yet parsed
    the functions of memory. It may be just a system of response to stimuli.

    But, yeah, that is the argument for the dual state meme. And it's a good
    one.
