            I dunno ... megalomaniac, egotistical warmongering dictator... and
    Hussein is quite nasty too.

            I can say that British engineers designed the hangers for Saddam's
    air force, and of course, the notorious 'super gun' was part engineered by
    the UK (working partly with British intelligence service
            involvement, although they later ended up in court once the shit hit
    the fan...).

            Thatcher is loathed by more people than she's loved by the UK, I'd
    say. I think there may well be street parties when she dies (if she ever
    does die... and there's some doubt about that).
