    Hi Richard Brodie -

    >I suggest you go to Memorial Church and listen to a few
    >sermons by Rev. Peter Gomes.

Been there, listened to and talked to the man.

A person's humanity is not guaranteed, nor conditional upon religion.

My only 'ignorant' notion about religions is that they are not
    evidence-based.

The right to believe a fairytale I take for granted. But there is no
right to make me believe a particular one, nor any propiety in trying to
convince me its historical accuracy is unquestionable.
