    Hi sleepwalkers,

That would be tryptophane which is metabolized to 5-HTP
(serotonin) in the brain. Serotonin is the hormone that regulates
sleep, mood and feelings of well-being. It's also released
under the influence of MDMA / XTC the well-known empathogen
idolized in the dance scene. Warm milk and honey is known
    for its sleep inducing function.
In order to get some more sleep it might also help to get
some less caffein. Also stop watching tv half an hour
before going to bed. There are also herbal tea's meant to
improve sleep. Try your reform house.

Reading about topics that are of little interest
to you should make ideal sleeping inducers.

    Sleep well...

    Philip.
