    See? I'm far from that.

    >My point was about the primacy of patterns.

    Are Dennett's algorithms 'patterns' though?

Is the tipping point a pattern?

My little dictionary has - 5. A consistent, characteristic form, style,
    or method.

I'm enjoying the discussion about patterns, and I've bitten my tongue a
few times, but I haven't said anything because I'm still not sure, yet
    again, about nomenclature.
