    Folks,

    Kenneth wrote that my letter regarding brain environment might indicate
    that memes could be passed genetically. I didn't mean to imply that,
    only that the susceptibility or resistance could be genetically
    determined but, also, that the subsequent brain environmental changes
    together with those individual genetic basics would determine what memes
    would work and the extent to which the subject might respond or not
    respond. Great portions of the population might have genetically
    determined susceptibility or resistance to similar genes but it would
    always be an individual thing with each person even though great numbers
    might show the same signs of resistance or susceptibility.
