There is a new book coming soon
    THE IMITATION FACTOR
    EVOLUTION BEYOND THE GENE

    By Lee Alan Dugatkin
    The advance publicity is at:

    http://www.simonsays.com/book/default_book.cfm?isbn=0684864533

I found out about this from Sue Blackmore's Scientific American article
which is vol 283, 54-61. Dugatkin is one of the authors who contributes a
commentary, and he refers to his forthcoming book in that.
