Demonstrates that collusive vote trading (the American expression
"logrolling" is rather good) has spread through the Eurovision Song
Contest since the early 90s. This is therefore proposed to be
essentially a memetic epidemic rather than reflecting some deeper
cultural divisions in Europe.
