    What have I said that would indicate "over"? I think I understand the root cause of wars (population growth above economic growth).

    That's a widespread problem with a time constant of at least a decade.

    Understand that wrecks are caused by cars smacking into walls has no effect on the next speeding car fast approaching a wall.
