Good question. I sure wouldn't. In fact, I've been trying to make the
actions a person takes even more important than the information itself.

PS- I'm sure I posted it here, but, a while back, Mini-AIR, the email
announcement of the Annal of Irreproducible Results, had a survey of
the least read specialty journals, and, lo, practically first among
them was our own Journal of Memetics.
So, the list of people who consider memetics useless is, well, rather
long. I daresay even those here who defy the founders, or try to
actually define the so far undefined and unfound entity itself, do not
consider it useless, or they wouldn't be here. Aaron Lynch, in his own
way, has already declared the 'meme' useless. Others, despite their
well-intentioned popularizing, provide more of a target than a
direction.
