Already, in the US people were released due to the fact that their lawyers
could show to the court that a " pathomeme" invaded their client 's mind_
that is to say that in those cases the client's mind wasn 't working
properly,
due to some extend braindamage by which their behavior and responsibility
was dismished. ( If I recall, in a case of rape_ if the guy ' heard ' voices
or not saying that he ought to get one laid I can 't say, but he walks the
streets again).
A good defense or not, the use of the memetc jargon could play tricks
in any courtroom ! What a way to propagate yourself....
Also in some cases, people were released due to reasons of a genetic
effect, that is to say, that there too, the client 's conduct was not his
res-
ponsibility at all... the genes did it !
